The flatware of la Maison Christofle is made of sterling silver, silver-plated and stainless steel. It serves as a testament to their historical know-how in silver craftsmanship.

Danish designer Christian Fjerdingstad, created the Hudson collection in 1939. It was introduced, along with the Hudson Five Piece Place Setting, into the Christofle universe in 2010. Inspired by the Art Deco movement with its pure and solid lines, this flatware has nets staging along the handle, which highlights the cutlery’s rigorous architecture.

Using entirely handmade manufacturing, Maison Christofle employs the trades of spinning, embossing, carving, and engraving. These trades are perpetuated by its craftsmen to immortalize the qualities of elegance and excellence. The living heritage of Christofle is passed on from teacher to pupil by the irreplaceable know-how of their highly qualified craftsmen. True “Living Treasures,” the Master Goldsmiths are the guardians of the rich heritage and know-how of Christofle. Since 1830, Christofle has been creating exceptional table art, refined jewelry and home accessories with elegance and mastery. A firm believer in the art of living, which includes inventing a universe, taking joy in decorating a house, dressing a table, sharing the good and the beautiful, and cultivating happiness out of each instance.
