Honoring the 20th anniversary of Patek Philippe's patented Annual Calendar, the men's Ref. 5396 features an inline double aperture for the day, month, and a date at the 6 o'clock marker. Additionally, the watch now showcases two new versions with white- and rose-gold cases. Among the distinguishing characteristics are a charcoal gray sunburst (white gold) or silvery opaline (rose gold) dial with large applied Breguet numerals in gold.
