All in stock orders will be shipped within 3 business days. All non-jewelry orders, and jewelry orders valued at less than $5000, ship via United Parcel Ground service. Jewelry orders valued over $5000 are shipped via Federal Express and require a signature for delivery.
For an additional fee, in stock orders placed before 1PM Pacific Time can be shipped via UPS Next Day Air to arrive the following business day or UPS 2nd Day Air to arrive within two business days. For orders placed after 1 PM Pacific Time, please add one additional business day.
Complimentary Curbside Pick Up is available. Orders will be delivered to your vehicle at our front door or back doors (in the alley between Brighton & Dayton Way). Please wait for phone or email confirmation before coming to the store. Photo ID or order confirmation will be required for for verification purposes.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
Unfortunately, GEARYS is not able to ship to addresses outside the United States. Orders to be shipped to International APO addresses are accepted by phone at 1-800-793-6670
GEARYS will accept for return an unused item in its original condition accompanied by a receipt returned within 30 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. This Policy does not include Watches, Gift Cards or those items personalized, sized or specially ordered. The sale of these items is final.
All non-shipped purchases will be held in the store for 48 hours from the date of purchase. After the 48 hours have passed your purchase will be moved to an offsite storage facility. It will take two days to retrieve your purchase from the offsite facility. Please call our customer service department (310) 273-4741 x149 two days prior to the day that you would like to pick-up your purchase from the store.
Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable store credit only for items returned within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by proof of purchase.
