Patek Philippe 5396R - Complications
It pays tribute to the 20th anniversary of Patek Philippe’s patented Annual Calendar: the men’s Ref. 5396, with an inline double aperture for the day and month as well as a date at 6 o’clock, is now being presented in two new versions with white- and rose-gold cases. Their hallmarks: a charcoal gray sunburst (white gold) or silvery opaline (rose gold) dial with large applied Breguet numerals in gold.
