Puiforcat Couteaux D'Orfevre Box of 3 Different Cheese Knives
Gabriele Pezzini and Pierre Gagnaire, Michelin-starred chef, designed together a collection of perfect kitchen knives, made from solid steel and walnut wood. The first knife, created for hard cheese, features a wide, sharp blade and a short handle to ensure a straight and easy cut. The shape is perfectly suited for splitting and shaving hard cheeses such as Italian Parmesan. The second knife, intended for semi-hard cheeses, is equipped with a traditional curved blade. The forked tip is designed for serving slices of cheese after cutting. Finally, the soft-cheese knife has a broad and supple spatula shaped blade to serve smooth and tender cheeses, as well as cheese spreads.
