The Oriente Italiano Citrino Dinner Plate’s scalloped edges, warm lemon-yellow color and hand-painted blue pattern result in a truly stunning plate, ideal for any sophisticated table.

Designer Gio Ponti conceived of the extremely popular Oriente Italiano collection in the mid-twentieth century, with inspiration from the Far East and 18th-century Florentine ceramics. The collection features tableware in a wide variety of colors and sizes, with striking hues that span the color palette.

Ginori has its foundation in Doccia, near Florence, Italy, when the Marquis Carlo Andrea Ginori started a porcelain factory in 1735. The creation of Richard Ginori Ceramic Company in the late 19th century, and the influence of visionary designers along the way, brought Ginori 1735 where it is today: an expression of excellence in Italy, and worldwide, in the expert manufacture of porcelain, combining craftsmanship, creativity and an eye for sophistication. Ginori 1735’s elaborately detailed tableware, vases and home décor items provide unparalleled beauty, striking color and unquestionable elegance.
