Christofle Perles Carving Knife, Silverplated

The silver plated carving knife in the Christofle Perles pattern was designed specifically to work in conjunction with the carving fork to cut and serve meat. The Louis XVI-style Perles pattern, which features a single delicate line of beading reminiscent of a classic pearl necklace, was introduced in 1876.
