Christofle Perles Steak Knife, Silverplate

The silver plated steak knife in the Christofle Perles pattern is the same size as the dinner knife but has a pointed and serrated blade suited for cutting meat. The Louis XVI-style Perles pattern, which features a single delicate line of beading reminiscent of a classic pearl necklace, was introduced in 1876.
